About the role

We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our brand communication, content calendar, and digital growth initiatives. You will work alongside our design and technical teams to craft compelling stories, showcase our engineering solutions, and turn social channels into qualified pipeline and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (copy, carousels, short-form reels/videos) across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Write compelling copy for social posts, company announcements, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Engage with the online community, monitor brand mentions, and participate in relevant industry discussions.
• Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust marketing tactics to drive traffic and brand reach.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure on-brand visual storytelling.

What We Look For

• Fresher or 1–6 months of experience managing brand social accounts, digital campaigns, or content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear understanding of brand tone.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and basic design tools (Canva/Figma).
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithm updates, and content growth tactics.
• Proactive mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and organized project management.
